This was the old photo of 42 year old Manuel Uribe from Mexica. He weighted at 570kg (1,200 pounds) at his heaviest and was listed as "The World’s Fattest Man" by Guinness Book of Record.
For 2 years, doctors from neighbouring country United State, Italy and Mexico itself have been helping him to lose weight through dieting and exercise. They proudly announced recently that he dropped 230 kilograms (570 pounds), nearly half his original weight in less time than doctors had expected. Below are the latest photo of him with his doctor, Dr Barry Sears after the improvent.
His ultimate goals is to go down to 120kg eventually. Lets hope his dream will come thru soon.
