Hotlink New Rate (Mobilephone network)
Hotlink, the prepare business segment for Maxis (one of the bigger mobile phone network in Malaysia) came out a new calling rate this week.
The new rate of RM 0.33/min should be the lowest rate among it competitors for the moment. Suppose to be a good news to it subscribes right ?
No need to be happy too fast…. actually the new offer is suck 
The reason IS the network charge each call based on 60 sec block (instead of 20sec block) Meaning if you only made a short "Hello .. Bye"… maybe a 3 sec called…. the sucker network still will charge you based on 60 sec rate… RM 0.33 GONE !!!
My advise to Hotlink user is as below :
Option 1 => Use your mobile to make call as little as possible. Let the network suffer the lost since they came out such a brilliant blood sucking offer 
Option 2 => Switch your mobile network. Remember since mid September we already have to power to switch network but keep our no unchange ? Just paid a fees for RM 20 or 25 for the request.
To all Malaysia Hotlink user…. dont forget to show color ok !
As for me, I will go for option 1 
In fact I am thinking of activate another prepaid card from another network which charge better rate for making phone call ONLY !
