Live Like You Were Dying

More than 1 week into the subject of politicians quick from the party the represented during election.

Case 1 was the representative switched to join opposition party.

Case 2 was two representative rejected by their party and turn independent.

I follow up closely on this subject because it were something new to the country. In the past we don’t have such type of practise in local elected representative. What made them out from the party they committed in the past ? Political climax really change in Malaysia now

Local media have update the new progress on this subject online but not much detail given out because it is too sensetive to review   Maybe …..

One of our reliable source of information the citizen could get is from the blog of our ex-Prime Minister, Tun Mahatir. The wait is over, he made his first posting on this subject today. The title  is => "Lompat-Lompat" or "Hooping"

4. Dahulu UMNO dan Barisan Nasional telah cuba sekat kejadian lompat melompat dengan mensyaratkan tiap calon tandatangan surat letak jawatan sebagai ahli Yang Berhormat tanpa tarikh. Kononnya jika setelah jadi ahli Yang Berhormat mereka ingin lompat masuk parti lain maka surat letak jawatan yang telah di tanda tangani oleh mereka akan dihantar kepada Speaker (Tuan Yang di Pertua Dewan) dan dengan itu akan terlucutlan anugerah Yang Berhormat mereka.

5. Malangnya perbuatan ini didapati tidak sah daripada segi undang-undang. Jika mereka ingin keluar daripada parti maka mereka sendiri perlu keluarkan surat yang diperbuat oleh mereka dan ditandatangani oleh mereka pada ketika itu untuk disampaikan kepada Tuan Speaker.

6. Saya percaya surat yang diperbuat oleh mereka tanpa tarikh dahulu akan ditolak oleh Tuan Speaker. Oleh itu mereka akan kekal sebagai Ahli Dewan walaupun mereka lompat ke parti lain atau mereka akan jadi ahli bebas.

7. Presiden UMNO berkata UMNO sedia untuk menerima siapa sahaja untuk menjadi ahli. Ini memanglah dasar parti. Tetapi kedua-dua ahli yang ingin keluar dari PKR ini mempunyai masalah. Mereka dituduh terlibat dengan rasuah seks.

8. Apakah UMNO begitu terdesak sehingga tidak dapat tunggu keputusan mahkamah berkenaan tuduhan terhadap mereka sebelum menerima mereka? Jika diterima sekarang dan kemudian mereka didapati tidak bersalah maka Kerajaan pimpinan UMNO (lebih kurang) akan dituduh mempengaruhi mahkamah. Benar tidak benar bukan soalnya. Pada pandangan masyarakat tuduhan ini tetap akan dipercayai. Ia akan punyai kesan dalam PRU13.

9. UMNO sudah dianggap bergelumang dengan rasuah, selalu mungkir janji, mengutamakan kroni Perdana Menteri di Terengganu. Jika kepada semua ini ditambah pula dengan penerimaan orang yang dituduh melakukan rasuah seks, imej UMNO akan jadi lebih buruk.

10. Dato Abdullah Presiden UMNO, fikir dahulu sebelum beria-ia nak terima orang yang seperti ini.

This is how the plant where people extract Psyllium Husk look like.

It is a type of health supplementary food. My first encounter with it was 1 month back when I saw a can of this product at my younger brother place. Never take it seriously than. Subsequently I discovered that it is kind of common display at food shelves in supermarket. Decided to try out the wonder of this stuff last week so grab one pack and paid for it.

I am not sure about the claimed of it could reduce fat in body (maybe long term), the immediate effect it work on my body is I found out I spent shorter time in toilet the day after i consumed it + another effect which I don’t think it is proper to describe here

Psyllium husk or isphagula is the covering of seeds grown on the plant, Plantago Psyllium, which flourishes in the Middle East. Although most associate psyllium husk with improving digestion, clinical studies on isphagula have also shown that it is beneficial in lowering blood cholesterol. Of course, cholesterol is more likely to be lowered when combined with a low fat diet. Yet even with a higher fat diet, psyllium husk, when taken regularly, lowers low-density lipoproteins, known as “bad cholesterol” by about 7%. The most important thing to remember when taking psyllium husk is to take it with lots of water because it make your mouth dry fast. Your body will be too heaty if you don’t drink lot of water after you take in this supplement.

Not really….. it just happen that the evil Miss Sui put me into bigger trouble…. she insist me to join her playing Pet Society of Facebook.

I joined the game on last Friday and there i go…. doing all the silly things with my fake pet.

I named him as Babyokk. What I need to do are some silly stuff like bring him to visit other pets (my friends from Facebook list which have create their own pets) Teach him to play some games in order to gain Paw Points (which show how clever you pet is) and earn coins (which can use to buy stuffs in the stores)

And how cute the pets could be ? Let me show you 2 of them….

This one is MiaoMiao, the precious pet of Miss Sui. She is very high level status now… what to do, she played with her like no tomorrow… dress her like princess… bought her all type of bling bling stuffs… grrrrrrrrrrrrr…….

The next one is GURU… the pet of Miss J. Her pet always in good condition, clean and healthy…. but she don’t gain points like Miss Sui.  I pulled string a little bit by put them into contact…. wonder Miss Sui will give her bad influnce… who know it end up Miss J also start to turn maniac like Miss Sui…. i just have to wait and see.

Better stop blogging now… must spend more time with my Pet in order to get him stronger
