Dinner + Yummy Dessert

Tonight opted for Curry Noodle as my choice dinner. I love Penang style Curry Noodle because the hawker have the habit of included some pork blood cube (the dark color stuff at the bottom edge of the bowl ) in the serve.

The crazy store put lot of chilly in my noodle (the dark stuff next to the plastic spoon) Sadly to tell you…. I not really enjoy this dish tonight… the taste of the gravy was not good enough.

However, my dinner was save by my dessert…… hehehe….. Red Bean Ice…. initially when the dessert came… I looked at the dressing…. mmmm…. very ordinary look….. good or not ?

What I did was dug deep to the bottom of the bowl to search for the Atap seed… let me show you what i try to get here emoticon

Yes… I found the soft cum crystal clear sweet seed…. oh…. yummy…… the vendor also managed to make the ice in to fine flake… one of the important factor in serve a delicious Red Bean Ice.

On my way back to hotel… i pick up another local delight….. Peanut Pan cake. Took a quick snap here on the tool the hawker used to make the pancake.

These were the finished goods i brought back to my room….. mmmm…. again…. no luck in food…. the pan cake not really taste yummy…. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I pray hard that i have better luck on tomorrow in my choice of food…. oh ya…. I already decided to have my breakfast in hotel. Free mah ! emoticon

Sister’s Char Koay Teow

Just now lunch at a popular food store in Georgetwown. I search for this place because I read about it thru newspaper long ago. My fellow colleague have little problem to bring me there after he get the direction from my client. So this was what I saw upon walked in to the shophouse. emoticon

hahaha… funny name right ?  Sister’s Char Koay Teow or Sister’s Fried Wide Noodle.

While waiting for my serve, I took another snap of this store. The lady that stood directly next to the wok should be one of the sister kua emoticon  This place must be really very popular because upon I walked in, the lady (the one sat with her back facing my camera, I suspect she may be another half of the sister) nag at me => Quick Quick place order. Last few plates left.  I check my watch….. mmmm… only 12:45 already finishing emoticon

In less than 10mins, my Koay Teow ready to satisfy me…. mmmmmm can you see the big big fresh prawn ?

Guest what is my comment about this dish ????? mmmmm….. nothing special for me lor….. not as good as I anticipated….  should be my expectation too high kua !!!!!

However, I am not totally disappointed with this visit because I saw lot of clients order the Yam Cake from another sexy woman (she have the 50+ look but she wear mini skirt) Let me show you how her yummy cake look like emoticon

I just like it… her way of preparing the cake was made the Yam into a fine form (my Mum prefer to keep the yam in small piece when she do the same dish) I like the smooth form….  but the main reason for her dish to be so much more special compare to other places I had ate in the past was the topping she add on. It just smell and tasty emoticon

Mini Get together in Penang
