Tenji - Japanese Buffet
Time to talk about Tenji, the Japanese Buffet Restaurant in KL city which had been talk of the town since it open the door for business end last year. They used a very brilliant approached in create awareness… Blog and forward mail. My saliva dripped when I saw those yummy sushi and sashimi in the blog. However, never made the serious effort to be there during that period… mainly it is kind of costly and need reservation days in advance.
My self control over on Saturday night as I found excuse to visit Tenji. Had a guest visit us and she like good foods so my opportunity to eat like hungry ghost appear.
After 40mins driving and lot turning, we reached Plaza Solaris (this building located deep inside Sri Hartamas, kind of new commecial area for that section)
Camera out and snap main enterance of Tenji.

After paid for the buffet, patrons have to make a short walk of 20 meters before come to the restaurant glass. Certain people choose to sit outside but guys like me need air con.

Now let me show you 3 of the foods counter (more at the back but i never point my camera on then since i am too impatient to start my attack on those look great dishes)

Let me write less…… lets the photos I shoot to do the talking

Nice big slice of sashimi right ? The most imporant of all was all of them taste FRESH, a very difficult opportunity as most local Japanese outlets only serve so so fresh sashimi.
A big suprise to me is they serve steam codfish
It took me about 20mins to get the plate i shown below… and it worth all the wait.

Chocolate Fondue also serve.. but this stuff make your stomach fill up very fast.

For dessert, Tenji offer Häagen-Dazs cum lot of sweet cake. Of cause the Q for Häagen-Dazs will be the longest one. hehehe… the photos below was my second round… no wonder the Q long lar

Ok…… I am very satisfied with my first visit to Tenji. I am very sure I will be back there again soon. Want to join me
If you pay for my share… why not ?

Yum yum….looks good and the food looks fresh and a lot to choose from. The atmosphere looks cool too, a must visit for me ……
