Western Australia - Orange Trees

Most of you will pay little attention to this posting because I going to blah blah about Orange stuffs….. most of you travel lot or came from country which have citrus products….. not for me…. i am a 100% hot country human…. 33 C everyday. Changes to see a citrus tree very slim.

Came across a citrus farm on our return journey. Pulled the car and the roadside store… he busy checking out the fruits on the store… me…. jumped around those trees with my camera…. hey… no joke lar…. first time face to face with these fruit oh… fresh and alive somemore.

So this was the lime tree. Not so tall but lot of small fruits. Bought a small bag of lime.

Next… star attraction. ORANGEemoticon  Freshy freshy fruits. My saliva flow again now.

I always imaging orang tree as something big like mango tree since the fruits is so big. When i found out it is as tall as me….. no way i will walk away with me and the orange tree photo as prove.

(ok… the man not so cool looking in the photo…. so just check out the fruits)

When I thought I had enough with all the orange and lime tree (also purchased another bag of Orange fruit, the XL size)… get ready to continue driving…. there I saw another tree with yellow fruits.

Ah Lemon……  I think lemon can grown in my hot country but have not see one of the yet….

Ok….. end of my fruits story emoticon I know i sound like village guy but what to do.. first time mah

Western Australia - Pictures along the long road

Seriously, driving out of city in big country like Australia is a very tiring task.

Basically this is what you can see ahead of you when you are on the long road for 90% of the time…………..

A loooooooooooong road without end ahead of you….. min after min, hour after hour .. no change on scene around road shoulder but the petrol meter drop fast … same color of sand… same type of plants. Sometime got farm which so green.

One of the wild plant attracted my attention was the one showing below.

It look like a busy right ? Lot of fine leaves…. also look like a hair. Initially thought it was a small busy of grass but discovered later that it grow taller when order… at it bottom have a big trunk something like coconut tree. Guess it dont produce any benefit to the people cause nobody grown it in their farm.

Ah…. I shot the following photo because of the ball shape grass. This one really grass because they were short. Maybe winter, they dont look green but dried color instead. I like their shape… like a soft ball.

I wonder can I call certain part of north WA as safari emoticon This was what I found out, short plants with various type of species grow at wild. Like the mixture but not dare to walk in as i worry kangaroo will bite me emoticon

Talk about Kangaroo….. my friend KH told me driving in Australia country road kind of dangerous because wild animals would rush out from bush at any time which can cause accident. I was kind of looking forward for this encounter but in my entire 1400KM journey I only stop once for a wild goat to cross the street. No other animal want to friend me…. though we saw many dead body of Kangaroo and other along the journey.

One more last photo….. baby MoMo (cow) which I captured in a farm. I like the black color baby… she have a tick layer of fur….. wonder she smell nice or not ? emoticon
