A Lantern for Grace

This year the Mid Autumn Day (中秋节) fall on 03 Oct (Saturday).  I forget how many Mooncake already gone down into my stomach by now emoticon but I know for sure I still have 5 such cakes waiting for me at home.

This year I did something different. I bought a fish shape lantern few days ago.

I can’t remember when was the last time I buy this type of animal figure lantern… maybe 5 years go emoticon maybe 10 years ago emoticon

For last few years, I opted for simple and cheaper lantern when I celebrate Mid Autumn Festival. Usually I hang them under mango tree or on the gate.

And who get to carry this nice colorful lantern ? emoticon mmm….. is a she… my precious little niece, Grace have it.

And poor Grace… she have difficult time to handle this lantern because it is too big for her. Uncle thoght big is good so he picked the biggest lantern in the shop….
