Live Like You Were Dying

One of the new drama played at local station which grab my attention now is "Lie to Me".

Another crime related story like CSI, Criminal Mind, Bone etc etc but the actors here using scientific way to analysis if a suspect telling the true or lie thrught their physical respond when under observation.

Like all other Hollywood drama series, the lead actor and actress in the show are both mature follow by the supporting actress which have a sexy body and a geeky looking actor. 

I follow up on the series mainly due to the information I can pick up thru the story like how people react or express face and gesture when they worry, under stress , angry or telling lie. Some of these knowledges do prove helpful for my daily life application

The leading actor => Tim Roth. His character need him to be cocky and over confidence.  

As for the leading actree => Kellie Williams, I like her a lot. A fan of her since she in The Practice team. Good to see her in another good series.

Rmember I said about I pick up knowledges from each episode ? Ok, here are the example (see below photo)… the show will brief audience in a very quick way on how to capture people expression which reflect their feeling.

This is just one of the example…. I will try to absorb all the information from this series in future episodes and by than…… don’t you dare to try to Lie To Me

Have not blog on Hollywood TV series for a long time….  I still watched those drama stuffs but just no mood to talk about them. Lets try to make some different today.

Boston Legal - already 5 seasons in making but I only started Season 1 Ep 1 last night.

Sharon, my Drama Queen pal from US did reminded me to catch up with this series long ago but I never do so because I am too preoccupied with other dramas like "24", "Heroes", "Lost", "CSI" etc

However, during my Bali vacation…  I picked up 2 seasons of Boston Legal series at the street side store because the price are damn good there… about RM4 per DVD (I get it at RM 10 per DVD at home) 

As expected…. very interesting law firm story line… lot of characters walk in walk out. Pretty and handsome faces everywhere (can you imaging lawyer look good ?)

However, I need to focus when watching this series because all the actors did were talking… no bomb… no kicking or car race.

Wonder who else like this type of series beside me ?

I am addicted to 雪山飛狐 - Fox Volant of the Snowy Mountain, a Chinese drama produced by China back to year 2006. Local TV station started to played this series 1 mths ago. 5 episodes a week. Try to catch up with the series mean my after working hours will be extra busy…. what to do…. drama King what

In the past, many series with similiar titles and story had produced by HongKong and Taiwan TV stations. When I learned that our local station going to show this China made series few weeks back, I just simply gave it a try. Never expect myselt to turn into a die hard fan eventually.  

So what is the main attraction which made me addicted to this version of 雪山飛狐 ?

This version made me like the lead actress, Athena Cu (朱茵) again. Before now, I know her as a pretty and not so bad actress from HongKong but never really a fan of her. For the part of ZiYi (Purple Dress), she managed to play the character into what the writer wrote in the book. Strong and indepent but when she fall in love, she just cant help herself. I especially like the hair style the producer gave to her… messy but sexy at the same time.

Nie Yuan (聂远) is the name of lead actor. Who is him ? I don’t know… must be China origin actor…   He look cute in the series.

The biggest surprise I bump into was I just found out that the other lead actress of this series is Gilian Chung. Ooop… sound familiar right ?  After a quick called to Miss Wong (my drama queen contact) and she confirm with me that Gilian Chung was the ever famous girl who appeared Edison Chen scandal.

I was kind of impress with this actress for passed few weeks. She act well in the series… but… now i know her actual person…. ah yo… cannot lar…. the way she oral Edison Chen…. ai ya…. cannot lar… .stop stop 

This evening I will watch another episode of Fox than I have to put a stop on it…. will catch up with my recorded episodes when i back from my trip…..

Finally it is time for Scott MaclnTyre to leave the competition. I have no comment to make on him… at least he managed to survive until final 8 stage

I am not his fan since the first day… but I gave him the little support I able to as he is the first under privillieage (blind) contestant in American Idol history.

  Adam Lambert => The Best for this week

I like Adam Lambert since audition… in fact I already put my bet on him to be one of the final 3 contestants. He performace was so great until he earned Simon Cowell standing applauds after his finished his round on stage 

Every week he managed to do something different on stage. I like the way he interpreted those songs he picked but I kind of tire of the moment when he scream his voice out in the high pitch….. yeee…… like killing chicken…  but cant complain much because that is his main property….. scream like dying.

If you take a closer look at Adam, you can sense his unisex character…. he don’t represent a man or female on stage….. he just that creature…. the cute… outstanding… unique artist. You can expect more from him after this week totally excellence performance

To me, this week Idol show spotlight was stolen by their return guest => Kellie Pickler. The contestant which appeared on the same show back to 2006. 

This was how she look like during that time…. sweet sweet country girl.

After American Idol 2006, she make herself famous in US as a country singer (but nothing as huge as Carrie Underwood of cause).  Last year, she made a guest appeareance on the show again.

I remember I put up a blog regarding her and her new sexy look after the show than. My focus was on her boobie ….. wow….. HUGE    In fact, I had below 2 photos posted on my blog of the same subject.

Some of my girlfriend told me… "Normal lar…. she had implant mah"  Thought thats all I can talk about this Pickler girl after above posting but the fact is NO….. she have more to shock me …… especially after her last this week apperance in American Idol Final 8 Result Show.

When I first saw her on the stage last night…. my question was "Where is her over size neh neh?"  I tried to locate the photo of her on Idol stage last night but so sorry… not able to find any…. the best I can get of her latest photo (for year 2009) is the one below….

Do you agree that something missing ?  If not, than check out another 2 photos of her I found online…..

Tell me she did shrink in size……  how she made it ? On diet or she remove the implant ?

Lastly…. on 2010……. if happen she up on Idol stage again as guest…. how she may look like ? FLAT   or Extreme Large ?

American Idol 2009 start it running on tv since mid January but to me the show only kicking off this week. Should be tonight for American audience, as for me will be tomorrow as the satelite station telecast it on Wednesday evening  

So let me share with you on those guys and gals who going to appear on stage to sing for us. Let start it with my choice of quality singer  

First and always, the guy that have the very special character which made me like him the moment he opened his mouth to sing during audition, Danny Gokey.

 At 28, his is the oldest singer in the competition. To me, he is kind of sure in final 3 contestants but I am more interesting to find out is him going to be year 2009 ultimate winner

Adam Lambert, the 26 yo god damn gorgeous, trendy cum cool contestant should be one of the guy that going to give Danny a run in coming weeks.

  I like his not too messy hair style and I like the way he stand there listen to judges feedback with calm smile. No arguement … No tear…. just take in whatever comments they throw to him. Oh ya, he always give me the hint of he not fall into male or female category…

The third person that I predict to be there in final 3 will be Lil Rounds. Everybody like her… she have the great voice, steady performance, great mature look and she is not a drama queen. She is almost a perfect singer to me when she in standing on stage………

 but….. there is a but when think about her which made me not too excited about her… she is just another black African American female singer. In the past, we see Fantasia, we have Melinda, the Latoya London etc etc…. all great singers… all can deliver tough songs without much effort… but….  I think you know what I mean.

Next come my other 2 favorites, Megan Joy (22yo) and Kris Allen (23yo) 

I think Megan is cute but if I am not wrong, her tummy is not so small…..  and the tatto on her right arm…. grrrr……. why she did that to her body    Also, on stage she loved to swing her hands in very odd direct. I hope she will come out more creative way to react on stage or else I will get bore soon.

As for Kris, I am not sure where he came from. He just suddenly stand out from the Group week. Never take note of him during audition or Hollywood week. He have the type of charisma which give peoples feel good feeling. I like his voice too…. and the boyish face…..

Next come Michael Sarver, another great singer but I don’t think he have the chance to stay too long in the show.

 His great voice and cool style will not keep him survive in the race… audiences want young idol….. poor Michael but I hope recording firm will pick him up and turn him into the type of singer for mature market.  

Now, I think these 2 are judges favorite. Matt Giraud (23yo) and Allison Iraheta, one of the youngest contestant, 16yo.

I think Matt is fun to watch, especially when he have a piano with him. As for Allison, she made me think of Carly Smith… both of have the voice and rocker style.

And the contestant who drive teenage girl nut => Anoop Desai. I think his is good and his voice is not bad. However, can he beat those quality singers I mentioned above ?

 Question : Why American teenage so crazy with guy with Indian blood ????

The girls that need to work extra hard in order to stay in the show should be Alexis Grace (21yo) and Jasmine Murray, another 16yo younger singer.

Scott Maclntyre, I am sorry to say that he will not be in this list if not because he is a handicap. He is a good singer but I don’t know how to enjoy him when he performed. I just wish him success in coming weeks.

The only contestant that I wish not in the final list are Jorge Nuñez (20yo) What made him into the final ? I cannot understand but i dont like to look at his face… the eyes… so thick and the way those hairs turn .. wordless to me….

I had listed all the 12 contestants for this year American Idol final list….. 8 boys and 5 girls… mmm…. not 12 but 13 instead.  Yes, last week when the 4 judges picked the remain positions for wild card segment. They decided to put in 4 singers instead of 3 as inform. It end up we have final 13 in tomorrow night show.
